Password Update

If your Madonna email has been locked, the fastest way to have it unlocked and your password reset is to come to the Livonia Campus; enter through the east end of the Administration building next to the Alliance Catholic Credit Union. Halfway down that 1700 hallway is the helpdesk, but anyone with an open door can direct you. They are open from 8 a.m. - 6:30 p.m., Monday - Friday.

For those unable to come to campus, the Enrollment Services department has established for email password reset, a Zoom meeting to verify your identity

We will serve one person at a time. When you are accepted into the meeting space, we will ask to see your face and your government- or Madonna-issued picture ID to verify that it is you. Once we verify your identity, we will send your password reset to IT and they will send your temporary password to your personal email address. They are working on them as quickly as possible.

We appreciate your patience. As soon as one person is verified, the next will be brought into the meeting.
